Our coffee comes from the Lake, Lake Atitlán. Being born at the lake makes me happier. This is where our beans are sourced.

Our Story
Arati Café is a small specialty café located near the main path from the dock in San Marcos La Laguna. We serve espresso on a Rancilio machine and filter brews, using beans sourced from farms around Lake Atitlán.
The café is run by Selvin, a certified and trained barista who is deeply passionate about coffee. Selvin not only serves exceptional coffee but also produces his own beans, ensuring quality from farm to cup.
I am very proud to come from Guatemala. Being born in this country is a complete pride for me. And above all, being born at the lake makes me happier.
Family Run
Arati is a family affair. Selvin's family helps run the café, ensuring warm, personal service for every guest.
Community Engaged
Active in the local community through toy drives, sustainability initiatives, and participation in the Festival de Café Atitlán.
